UL listed THHN or THWN-2 Electrical wire Cable
1 Standard:
The product is manufactured according to the standard of Q/320282DCE010-1999or JB/T10261-
2001, and at the same time is also manufactured according to the standards of IEC, English, Germany, and America.
2. Construction:
Conductor: Annealed Copper, solid or stranded sizes 14AWG up to 1000MCM
Insulation: Premium Grade Flame Retardant Polyvinyl Chloride( PVC)
Jacket: Tough Polyamide (Nylon)
3 Applications
General purpose building wire for services, feeders and branch circuits.
Temperature rating not to exceed:
THHN/THWN: 90°C dry and dump, 600V
THHN/THWN: 75 °C wet or in oil, 600V
THWN-2: 90°C Dry, wet or in oil,600V
4 Operating characteristics
Rated power – frequency voltage Uo/U:450/750V and 300/500V.
Max.admissible operating temperature of conductor:
BVN,BVNVB:70°C
BVN-90:90°C
The installation temperature should be not below 0°C
The bending radius of cable:
D≤25mm.:≥4D
D>25mm.:≥6D

5. Standard&Test Specification:
THHN/THWN-2 Conforms to following standards:
UL83 for Thermoplastic Insulated Wire and Cables(THHN/THWN-2)
UL758 for Appliance Wiring Materials(AWM)
UL1063 for Machine Tool Wire(MTW)(Stranded Conductor Only).
