Description de Produit
Conducteur ACSR en tête (également appelé conducteur en aluminium conducteur en acier brut renforcé, conducteur d’antenne ACSR, câble ACSR en acier renforcé, conducteur ACSR nu) se compose d’une ou plusieurs couches concentriques de fil en aluminium et en acier, avec un ou plusieurs brins en acier massif au centre et une ou plusieurs couches extérieures de fil en aluminium. Le conducteur ACSR est un conducteur courant pour les lignes de transmission de puissance sous différents niveaux de tension.
Fonctionnalités
Par rapport à d’autres conducteurs nus, comme tous les conducteurs en aluminium (AAC), la tête du conducteur ACSR a plus de résistance et de durabilité. Le conducteur aérien nu ACSR a l’avantage d’ économie, de fiabilité et de rapport poids-résistance. La légèreté et la conductivité élevées de l’aluminium associées à la résistance du noyau en acier lui confèrent une tension plus élevée, moins de coulures et une portée plus longue que toute autre alternative.
Application
La tête du conducteur ACSR est principalement utilisée pour les lignes de transmission de moyenne et haute tension de 500 kV et plus. Les conducteurs aériens nus ACSR sont adaptés à toutes les portées pratiques sur les poteaux en bois, les tours de transmission et autres structures.
Construction du conducteur
Le conducteur ACSR se compose d’une ou de plusieurs couches concentriques de fils en aluminium et en acier, ayant un fil en acier multibrins solide au centre et la couche périphérique de fils en aluminium.
